TAKE-OUT PIZZA KITCHEN
What was it?
A 40′ shipping container that we chopped off 8’ from the length to make room for their 10’x10′ walk-in cooler and added 2’4” to the width to give them enough space for a fully operable kitchen. We also custom fabricated the handrails that surround the unit, along with the rooftop deck that’s home to a vegetable/herb garden, and a picnic area.
What did it do?
It is a fully operable kitchen complete with a wood-fired pizza oven that serves as their satellite pizza kitchen to help with their take-out orders during rush hours.
